This course builds on the fundamentals taught in Financial Management: Basics. In the Advanced course, participants learn how to reconcile a bank statement, choose a reconciliation reviewer, control an organization's cash, and prepare a Cash Flow Statement. Financial tools are also used to analysis financial statement for assessment of the organization's financial situation. The main purpose of this course is to help participants to acquire the skills, knowledge & attitudes required to understand the in depth aspects Financial Management in order to increase revenue through a group of practice activities & case studies.
